We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication. Duties
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking interactions, managing leads, and updating customer information.
Engage in technical sales discussions, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and business development.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Participate in telemarketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Knowledge of technical sales concepts is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
