We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
In-Office IT Support Specialist
to join our on-site team. The successful applicant will provide technical assistance and support for employees, manage office IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of all in-office IT systems.
Requirements:
IT certification
1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in an office environment
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business software
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Familiarity with remote desktop tools, and IT ticketing systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under minimal supervision
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide technical support for desktop computers, printers, phones, and other office hardware
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and office IT equipment
Respond to walk-up requests, and phone calls for IT assistance
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and manage local area networks (LAN), internet connections, and wireless networks
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of key IT services and systems
Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with other departments to support technology needs for meetings, presentations, or events
Keep accurate records of equipment inventory, service logs, and IT documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
IT certification
Experience with VoIP systems, cloud services
