We are excited to announce a bold new cocktail bar that has just opened in South Granville.



We are searching for experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Craft high-quality cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency Provide exceptional beverage service with attention to detail and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar during and after service Use POS system to process orders, handle cash, and manage card transactions Assist with developing seasonal cocktail menus and contributing new ideas Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to maintain seamless service

Requirements

Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a cocktail-focused or fine dining environment Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus Intermediate knowledge of wine and beer; WSET or other beverage certifications are an asset
