Bartender

Job Summary:

As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests by concocting innovative cocktails and engaging in friendly interactions. You will be part of a talented team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cocktails while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a keen understanding of cocktail techniques, a penchant for creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Craft an array of creative cocktails, adhering to both classic and innovative recipes, while ensuring the highest quality in presentation and taste. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, guiding them through our cocktail menu, and offering personalized recommendations. Collaborate with the bar team to develop and refine new cocktail recipes that align with the theme and style of the speakeasy. Maintain a clean and organized bar station, including proper stocking, cleaning, and sanitization of glassware, tools, and ingredients. Demonstrate expertise in mixing techniques, garnishes, and proper pouring methods, ensuring each drink is prepared to perfection. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with relevant regulations. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies to ensure the availability of ingredients, spirits, and garnishes. Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively, offering support to colleagues, and sharing your passion for the industry. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, cocktail innovations, and emerging spirits to continuously elevate the bar's offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender/server in a high-quality cocktail-focused establishment. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and spirits. Passion for creativity and the ability to develop unique cocktail creations. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
