This isn't your simple "highball" establishment, we develop high level Mixologists and Chefs who are passionate and driven to

CREATE!

16 - 32 hours a week

(3 - 4 evening / late night shifts)

Starting Compensation - $15.80 / hr

Activities and Responsibilities

Making sure the business is closed to a high standard and the end of the night. Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons. Taking part in promotional events. Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed. Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.

Cocktail Bartender Requirements:

Must love staying up late - Must be more than happy to work at least till 2am on weekends! A passion for cocktails!! Excellent attention to detail High standards of cleanliness Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work late evening/ nightime hours, including weekends, and holidays. Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy items in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment.
