ABOUT THE POSITION





The Palace Theatre is looking for Coat Check Attendants to fill out their team on a part-time permanent contract. The Coat Check Attendant will be the first point of contact for guests entering the venue. You'll ensure a smooth, organized coat check process while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment, enjoy staying adaptable, and are looking to learn and thrive, this is the job for you! Must be available in the evenings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO




Greet guests warmly and offer efficient coat check services. Tag, store, and retrieve personal items in an organized and secure manner. Handle electronic payments accurately. Maintain a clean and orderly coat check area. Communicate professionally with guests and respond to inquiries. Follow all safety and security procedures. Perform other related ad-hoc duties as required.

WHAT YOU HAVE




Ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments. Excellent multi-tasking skills. Strong English communication skills with ability to establish and develop relationships with team members and customers. Ability to maintain professionalism, control, and composure in difficult and stressful situations. * Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
