Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. This role requires proficiency in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge to produce high-quality precision parts. The CNC Operator will also assist with quality control, assembly, and packaging processes to ensure efficient production workflows.

Responsibilities



Set up and operate CNC machines including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes using CAD/CAM software. Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment utilizing Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce accurate components. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery and ensure proper calibration for precision machining. Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards. Assist with welding, assembly, and packaging tasks as needed within the manufacturing process. Operate forklift for material handling within the warehouse or production area. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve productivity.

Qualifications



Proven experience with CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, CAD software such as SolidWorks, and PLC systems. Knowledge of blueprint reading, mechanical principles, welding, and machining techniques. Ability to operate press brake machines and use hand tools effectively. Experience with warehouse operations including forklift operation preferred. Strong understanding of quality control procedures and basic math skills for measurements. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly, packaging, and use of calipers. Prior experience in manufacturing or machining environments is highly desirable. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
