CNC Operator
to join our
Production team
. In this role, you'll work with advanced CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts for our new
Made-in-Canada
product line.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC as well as other related manufacturing machines to meet production specifications.
Write and load programs and execute operations based on technical drawings.
Perform tool changes, set offsets, and verify machine calibration.
Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to optimize machining processes.
Load raw materials and monitor the machining process for consistency and quality.
Interpret technical drawings and work orders accurately.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Make real-time adjustments during production as necessary.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with company policies.
Communicate any mechanical or production issues to supervisors promptly.
Support team members and assist other departments as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with CNC programming and operations.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
