Job Description
AMOS Machine is seeking an experience Machinist to work in the Nisku location. Position;' Machinist - CNC Lathe operator . Salary : Negotiable depending on experience. Knowledge of Weiler programs a strong asset. Experience working with CNC machine and ability to setup , run the job with min supervision .
Qualification, Skills & Abilities Required:
Min 15 years' experience as a setup/operator on Weiler lathe machines
CNC Lathe machining experience:
Weiler /Siemens controls
Set up machine/control and proper tools for for specific operations for particular jobs
Ability to read / interpret blueprints
Experience using various Taper Thread Inspection Tools
Perform work -in -process dimensional or verification to specification using precision measuring instruments
Experience in machining Taper Threads ( Reg, NC , FH )
Interpersonal skills
Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to work with ISO 9001 processes
