Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Moltec International. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate precision parts that meet our high standards for quality and efficiency. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately. Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls to ensure precise machining operations. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues. Proficiency in CNC programming, particularly with Fanuc systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is an asset. Ability to operate power tools and forklifts safely and efficiently. Experience in fabrication and welding is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $26.45-$27.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
