We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Machinist Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee the daily operations of our CNC department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. As the CNC Machinist Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of CNC machinists and operators to ensure efficient production, adherence to safety standards, and the highest level of quality in machined parts. You will help to manage workflows and provide training and support to team members within the department.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC machinists and operators.

Ensure production schedules are met with high-quality output.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching.

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations

Set up and adjust CNC machines (mills), to perform precise machining operations

Program CNC machines using CAM, (Fusion 360), and/or G-Code

Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced to specifications and quality standards

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of CNC machining experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist

Proficiency in operating CNC machines

Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Experienced with G-Code programming for CNC machines

Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude

Good communication and teamwork skills
