What You'll Do

------------------

Operate CNC milling, turning, VBM, and horizontal milling machines to meet production and quality targets. Interpret engineering drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequences, and setup requirements. Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure reliability and uptime. Verify machined parts using precision instruments such as micrometers, Verniers, calipers, and height gauges. Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality records. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production teams to resolve machining and quality issues. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Follow all company policies, ISO quality standards, and health and safety protocols. Perform other duties as required to support production operations.

What You Bring

------------------

5+ years CNC machining experience

(production environment preferred).

CNC programming experience is a must.

Strong understanding of metrology, tooling, and fixturing. Technical school graduate or equivalent hands-on training. Proficiency in advanced math (geometry and trigonometry). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop floor tasks. Knowledge of conventional milling and turning (an asset). A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
