Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (Lathe) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, programming, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products while adhering to safety standards.

Duties

Operate CNC machines, including Milling and Lathe machines, to manufacture parts according to specifications. Set up and adjust machine tools as needed for optimal performance. Program CNC machines using Haas and Fanuc systems for efficient production runs. Utilize power tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure precision in machining tasks. Assemble components as required, following detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Skills

Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding machining processes. Experience with programming CNC machines, particularly Haas and Fanuc systems. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use power tools effectively. Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
