Our multi-disciplinary clinical team includes physiotherapy, massage therapy, psychotherapy, and dieticians.
We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, and dependable. You will be responsible for responding to patient needs in a timely manner, managing and interacting with the clinical staff, and creating an atmosphere where the needs of our patients and staff are met. The ideal candidate will be familiar with medical software programs like Janeapp and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to solve problems independently and in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
Handle billings for motor-vehicle benefit claims.
Greet patients on time.
Communicate clinical services to inquiries
Answer the phone and explain appropriate treatments to patients.
Assist patients with booking appointments.
Assisting with filling out insurance paperwork for patients.
Liaise between patients and clinicians for seamless treatment
Schedule appointments for all clinicians.
Manage staff and schedule their time.
Bill services.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
