The Opportunity



We are seeking a

Clinical Receptionist / Administrator

to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a professional who is confident in customer service, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by sales performance.

You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our clinics and ensuring an elevated experience for every client. Key Responsibilities



Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients, setting a positive tone for their visit Manage appointment scheduling, inquiries, and client communications Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and promote product sales and service add-ons Maintain accurate and confidential client records and charts Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock level tracking Support daily clinic operations, including cleanliness, opening/closing procedures, and general upkeep Provide administrative support to management and assist with special projects as needed Coordinate bookings and client communication across multiple clinic locations Represent and uphold the Solange Medical Aesthetics brand image, ensuring a consistent and polished client experience

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical reception, administrative, or customer-facing role Strong sales and client service background is a significant asset Proficiency in Excel and POS systems Experience with medical charting or clinic booking software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team Must adhere to the clinic's professional dress code and brand presentation standards Ability to travel between clinic locations as required
