Weekend Clinical Receptionist/Administrator
for our
Ottawa location
. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills, who thrives in a professional, client-focused environment and is looking for part-time weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales:
Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
Manage appointment bookings and respond to service inquiries
Support product and service sales, including upselling
Help maintain long-term client relationships through outstanding service
Administrative & Operational Support:
Maintain accurate client charts and handle filing
Process sales using POS system and manage bookings through clinic software
Open and prepare the clinic for operation
Assist with virtual bookings for other locations as needed
Support management with day-to-day clinic tasks
Maintain cleanliness and a polished environment throughout the clinic
What We're Looking For
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (medical or aesthetics setting preferred)
Strong sales background is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
A team player with a polished, professional appearance
Familiarity with medical booking systems and client charting is a plus
Must be available to work
alternating Saturdays and Sundays
