CLINIC MANAGER We are seeking a part time dedicated, capable, and professional clinic manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our vibrant and growing counselling centre. Established in 1997, Patricia Berendsen and Associates Trauma Healing Centre of London is a multidisciplinary team offering counseling, psychotherapy, and holistic wellness services. Located in London, Ontario we offer a diverse range of services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. In addition, we host events and training opportunities for other helping professionals. ROLE: The candidate will provide leadership and excellence in overseeing the daily operations of a busy, private practice with multiple associates. The Clinic Manager will creatively and sensitively implement policies and procedures to facilitate smooth and seamless service delivery. Working closely with our Founder, Patricia Berendsen, they will be responsible for managing the associates, as well as the administrative and marketing assistants. Your duties will include optimizing our client\xe2\x80\x99s experience, liaising with the community and our growing Associate team, and being involved in strategic planning. Budget management, creative solution seeking, hiring, and training new team members are also important elements of this position. You will also oversee the maintenance of the centre, and the purchasing of supplies. QUALITIES WE SEEK: Working collaboratively within a team to support our client collaborators, and demonstrating compassion, empathy, and inclusivity is a fundamental requirement. You may serve as the initial point of contact for our client collaborators as you manage internal and external communications, and answer queries about the centre. Active and attuned listening, combined with emotional intelligence are skills you have to create a supportive work environment. We actively champion marginalized communities through an anti-oppressive framework. You play a pivotal role on the team, providing leadership, efficiency, focus, and course correcting along the way. A strength of yours is a love for planning, task coordination and attention to detail. You possess the ability to anticipate obstacles and challenges, plan ahead, and approach directions and decisions with careful thought and consideration. A strong problem-solving capability is highly valued in this role. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar. Master\'s degree in a related field preferred. Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech savvy: knowledgeable and comfortable with the application of CRM software, marketing, automation, and email platforms.
