About the Role:



The Clinical Coordinator will support day-to-day operations across multiple MedPros-managed medical clinics. You will work out of our main office and travel to clinic sites as needed to ensure smooth operations, support MOAs, assist physicians, and help maintain compliance with standards and regulations.This position requires strong medical office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and support a team.

Key Responsibilities:



Clinic Operations & Coordination



Oversee daily operations across multiple medical clinics. Support MOAs and clinic staff with workflow, scheduling, and operational needs. Maintain clinic efficiency, patient flow, and customer service standards. Assist with onboarding new staff and supporting existing team members. Coordinate physician schedules and ensure coverage across clinics.

Clinic Set-Up & Compliance



Assist with new clinic start-ups, including workflow planning, equipment setup, and process implementation. Lead clinic preparation and follow-up for Public Health inspections and regulatory requirements. Ensure clinics maintain compliance with infection control, documentation standards, and operational protocols.

Patient & Staff Support



Handle escalated patient inquiries, concerns, and service issues. Support MOAs with problem solving, training, and operational guidance. Assist clinics with billing inquiries, EMR issues, and daily troubleshooting.

Marketing & Communication



Support clinic marketing initiatives (Google reviews, social media updates, community engagement, etc.). Maintain communication with physicians, staff, and management.

Technology & EMR Expertise



Work confidently with multiple EMRs including Accuro, Telus PS Suite, Oscar, and Avaros. Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and network issues. Create reports, schedules, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of Medical Office Assistant (MOA) experience in a medical clinic setting. Previous experience setting up new medical clinics is a strong asset. Experience withPublic Health inspections, compliance, and clinic workflow optimization. Strong knowledge of EMRs: Accuro, Telus, Oscar, Avaros. Demonstrated experience managing or supervising clinic staff and MOAs. Ability to schedule staff and physicians across multiple locations. Excellent customer service skills and experience handling patient inquiries. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email, and basic tech troubleshooting. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel between clinics required). Highly organized, strong communicator, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
