Pegasus Integrated Health is seeking a dedicated and organized

Full Time Clinic Coordinator

to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of paramedical health care environments. This role is essential for ensuring efficient patient care, bookings, organizing rooms, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

We are an interdisciplinary health care clinic that provides chiropractic treatments, physiotherapy, active rehab, massage therapy, clinical counselling, acupuncture, naturopath treatments and dietitian consulting.

Our overall goal is to decrease client's pain and suffering, and help clients to return to an active lifestyle and daily routines. Our clinicians are passionate about helping clients to reach their goals, which is why we create personalized treatment plans and work as a team together.

What we need from you:

- JannApp experience

- Cantonese/Mandarin speaking as asset but not required

- A team player

- Be compassionate and friendly to our clients

- Problem solving skills

- Ability to lift 15 pounds of items

- Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
