The Power Centre Team Lead II will provide support and leadership to the staff within their designated Power Centre(s), ensure consistent delivery of high-quality testing, and oversee day-to-day operations of the facility. This role will also play an active role in the growth and development of their Power Centre(s) through networking and community outreach, change management, and operational budgeting. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, able to work with minimal supervision. You will be joining a tight-knit, friendly, and professional team. Hours of work will be between 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 pm, this role may require hours worked outside of regular schedules. The annual salary for this role will be between $50,000-$60,000. Job overview: Personnel Management:
Schedule, host and/or participate in Power Centre daily huddles, regular Power Centre team meetings, and Power Centre Team Lead Level 10 meetings as required
Review and approve Power Centre staff expenses when required
Track key performance indicators (KPI\xe2\x80\x99s) of their designated Power Centre(s)
Complete annual performance reviews of Power Centre staff
Support growth and training opportunities for Power Centre staff
Performance management of Power Centre staff, including disciplinary action
Internal Department & Client Support:
Act as internal liaison for all complaint escalations from their designated Power Centre staff, related to Power Centre service delivery and customer experience
Complete regular inventory counts, order inventory and maintain the appropriate minimums/maximums for their designated Power Centre(s) per SureHire inventory practices
Serve as a point of contact for escalated service-related questions from testing participants from their designated Power Centre(s)
Assist applicable stakeholders business licensing, landlord communications, vendor set-up/maintenance, and renovations/maintenance requests for their designated Power Centre(s), when required
External Networking & Business Development:
Act as SureHire\xe2\x80\x99s representative \xe2\x80\x93 when required \xe2\x80\x93 for current/prospective client meetings within their local area
Identify, coordinate, and attend community outreach and/or business networking events within their local area (3-6 events per fiscal year)
Attend meetings as SureHire\xe2\x80\x99s representative for associations/organizations that SureHire has active involvement with (Canadian Society of Safety Engineering, Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association, community chamber of commerce, etc.)
Other tasks as assigned
Education
High School Diploma.
Occupational Testing Certifications (alcohol, drug, DOT, respirator fit testing, audiometric technician, spirometry technician); Post-secondary education in management, leadership, change management, and/or business administration is considered a strong asset
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a SureHire Power Centre facility role, or commensurate experience with an external organization
