A Day in the Life

As a Client Operations Supervisor, you will play an important part in providing direction to the Client services team by ensuring timely delivery of orders and commitments of specified client. You'll be working with some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

All About You

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Excellent technical capabilities with proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented

Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety

Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently

Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves:

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field and/or 3+ years of experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook

Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

Acts as a conduit of communication between the organization and the Client by effectively handling all Client interactions, including higher level troubleshooting issues.

Communicates daily with team members and management about operations support procedures.

Ensures the training, cross-training and development of team members

Communicates, monitors and drives goals and operational performance metrics while working within SLA

Collaborate with the DC Manager by planning labor requirements based on forecast and direction from the Client

Communicates expectations and provides regular feedback on performance

Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP)

Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.

Performs other duties as requested
