Job Summary: Under the direction of the Client Services Supervisor, the Client Services Coordinator assists with various aspects of EP's Client Services. This role will interact with EP's client base of studios and independent producers, as well as with banks and government officials and agencies.The Client Services Coordinator's duties must be performed consistent with the Company's mission and values and adhere to Company policies and procedures.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Input and update data in EP project management database on a regular basis to ensure all information is recorded and monitored. Assist with mail handling, courier packages, scanning and filing of documents.Project Certification: Liaise with Studio/Producer personnel to obtain certification deliverables and liaise internally with Financial Analysts to obtain updated tax credit estimates. Follow-up, on a regular basis, on outstanding certification deliverables and maintain up-to-date paper and electronic records. Assemble applications for review and approval prior to filing with relevant Government agencies.Incentive based payroll onboarding: Coordinate State-specific agreements (e.g. New Mexico Super Loan-outs) between Producer, internal legal, and finance departments, including client documentation, training, and follow-up throughout the Producer's production period.Additional Responsibilities: Draft business communications to internal and external clients and provide consistent and timely customer service to both internal and external clients. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Incentives management team.Qualifications: EssentialSkills and Abilities: Ability to multi-task, and meet the competing goals. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience in customer service and/or project management experience.Education and Experience: University degree or College certification in business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Outlook software.Desirable Background in handling administrative business processes.
