Position:



The Client Relations Representative is responsible for driving business development and strengthening Bachly Construction's brand presence in the Calgary market. This role combines client-facing relationship management with targeted marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong background in marketing communications. This position reports to the V.P. of Marketing & Business Development and requires regular travel to client offices, industry events, and job sites .

Schedule: FT- Perm, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm

*Please note that regular travel (2-3 days per week) is required for this position.

Responsibilities



Client Relations & Business Development

Actively front-face clients to generate new business and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing partners, including independent adjusters, insurers, property managers, developers and brokers. Research, organize, and attend industry functions and sporting events to build relationships and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the Property Damage & Restoration Division to align client and event initiatives with business objectives.

Marketing & Social Media

Work closely with the Ontario Marketing Team to manage social media platforms, with a focus on creating and curating Calgary-specific content. Routinely visit active job sites to capture updates and project milestones for social media and the project portfolio. Develop and implement local marketing campaigns that elevate Bachly Construction's visibility in the Calgary region.

CRM & SEO

Collect, manage, and update industry contact data in the CRM system. Research and track performance metrics to evaluate SEO efforts. Implement strategies to improve Google positioning and digital visibility.

Marketing Essentials

Provide copyediting, proofreading, and general support for marketing communications as required. Oversee site signage inventory and ensure proper placement at active projects. Order and coordinate staff apparel needs. Manage promotional material requirements for events and client initiatives. Plan, organize, and execute community initiatives that align with company values

Additional Duties

Assist with the preparation of client proposals and presentations alongside the V.P. of Marketing & Business Development. Coordinate with vendors for booth design and promotional materials at conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions. Complete ad-hoc projects assigned by the V.P. of Marketing & Business Development.

Qualifications



Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years' experience, preferably sales/ marketing Proven success in relationship management, business development, and content creation. Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills Experience in social media management and digital marketing; proficiency with WordPress preferred. Familiarity with branding principles and design aesthetics Passion for fostering positive client relationships and organizational culture.

Requirements



Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract (regular travel required). Comfortable representing Bachly Construction at client offices, job sites, conferences, and industry events.
