WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an experienced an Onboarding Specialist who is detailed oriented, organized, and excited to be apart of a fast growing company. This role will onboard both new clients as well as new company team members. WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

  • Provide a smooth transition from the time a client sign\xe2\x80\x99s contract to launching full time with our internal team
  • Coordinate with a variety of team members to schedule calls with new clients and internal team members
  • Ensure our onboard process is followed by every member involved
  • Periodically make adjustments to the onboarding process as needed
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process as a key stakeholder in the entire process
  • Provide clear instructions to new clients and internal team members
  • Ensure all information about new clients is provided by the sales team
  • Ensure the accounting department is aware of new clients and accurate billings according to their contract
  • Keep all formal documents and folder organized for all parties
  • Problem solve new client onboarding with respective to provide the right access to their accounts
  • Prompt communication with all internal and external parties to unsure transparency, ownership, and progress.
  • Help build onboarding decks, gather client information, and assist with overall onboarding process for new cleints.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments, trends, techniques, and tools
  • Onboard new team members to the company as we grow in an HR perspecting - training on all our interall procedures and knowledge they need to know
The ideal candidate enjoys a client facing role, communicates effectively, performs well under pressure and possesses a high attention to detail. WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 2+ years of onboarding experiece
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive - must know pivot tables
  • Strong work ethic with an emphasis of winning
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional and respectful demeanor in dealing with internal and external business partners
  • Effective time management
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Integrity and optimism, regardless of the situation. Mental fortitude to overcome anything.
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Willingness to learn more and acquire new skills
  • Ability to multi-task and ensure agile methodology is applied to ensure all work is done in a timely fashion
  • Calendar management experience
  • CRM management experience (preferably hubspot)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
