Job Overview

Spa Marche is a boutique wellness and spa destination dedicated to exceptional client care, elevated experiences and a calm, supportive environment. We are seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead our front desk operations, support our team, and work closely with the owner as a key right-hand role.

This is not a traditional reception position. This position blends concierge-level service, front desk management, sales, team coordination, and personal assistant support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, leadership, and being a trusted right hand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily front desk and concierge operations Deliver high-touch, personalized client service Oversee booking systems, schedules, and client flow Confidently recommend services, packages, and retail Act as a point of support for spa staff and daily operations Assist with social media messages and client inquiries Provide personal assistant-style support to the owner (scheduling, organization, follow-ups) Maintain a calm, polished, and professional front-of-house environment

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication and customer service experience Comfort with booking software, technology, and social media Natural sales ability with a service-first mindset Ability to lead with warmth, discretion, and professionalism Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
