The Client Experience Coordinator is an outgoing individual, draws energy from working with people, can multitask easily and is optimistic. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis, the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting our Advisors and their clients' needs first. They will manage the listing process efficiently and effectively to ensure the Advisor and their clients have a professional listing of their property. This individual must care about providing exceptional care and exhibit excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



? Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met ? Oversee all listings and deals for the Brokerage, including input and Advisor support? Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions ? Create a house file (Google Drive) for all transactions ? Produce property marketing and ensure listing syndication to all external sources ? Understand the contracts to summarize all important terms and conditions ? Communicate with the Advisor several times throughout the transaction, including all important dates, missing documents, calendar reminders, file compliance status, etc. ? Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the listing process ? Stay in good communication with the Advisor if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiate ? Keep listing exposes updated ? Answer phones and greet clients in the shop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
