Job Title: Client Experience Coordinator
Locations: Victoria, British Columbia
Salary: $45,000 - $52,000Working directly with the Director of Growth and Innovation, the Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) is an integral part of our team contributing significantly to the overall client experience and ensuring operational efficiency by working closely with Clinical Leaders and Lifestyle Advisors as well as field staff and service providers.The CEC is responsible for coordinating client care, service plans and schedules for field employees and service providers, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This includes maintaining up-to-date scheduling information and data, tracking employee and service provider availability, and making necessary adjustments to accommodate both client and employee/service provider schedule requests while ensuring clients consistently receive high-quality healthcare services.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
