Client Content Coordinator

Calgary, AB, CA, Canada

Job Description

We're a small but fast-growing social media marketing agency, and we're looking for someone to join our team in one of the most important roles we have: helping our clients feel great about creating content and making sure their videos get delivered smoothly.

This role doesn't have a "typical" job title -- it's part project manager, part customer service, and part account manager. If you're organized, positive, and love the idea of working in a creative, social media-focused environment, this might be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will fall into two main areas:

1. Filming Days (in-studio, about 3 days per week)

Welcome clients and make them feel comfortable Set up the cameras and gear (we'll train you -- it's not technical, just requires a sharp eye) Guide clients through their filming plan or help them figure out what to film on the spot Ensure clients leave the studio with a positive, confident feeling about their session
2. Editing & Project Management (remote or in-studio on non-filming days)

Upload client footage into our project management system Provide editors with clear instructions on how to edit videos Track progress, deadlines, and ensure edits stay on schedule (always) Review edits for quality and accuracy before clients see them Communicate with clients about their videos, handle revision requests, and make sure they're happy with the final product

What Success Looks Like

Clients leave filming sessions feeling positive and supported Edits are delivered on time, every time Less than 15% of edits result in complaints (revisions are expected, but we aim for only one round) Clients feel well taken care of throughout the process and want to keep coming back

What We're Looking For

Strong organization and attention to detail Great customer service skills -- warm, positive, and people-focused Basic project management ability (keeping track of timelines, moving pieces, and communication) Self-motivated and confident in managing your own work -- we won't micromanage you A clear communicator with a good grasp of English
We don't care about past experience -- it's all about attitude and organization. You might be a high school grad with a passion for content, or a corporate professional looking for a more creative second career. Either way, if you're excited about social media and working with people, you could be a great fit.

The Practical Stuff

Part-time to start, with a transition to full-time after the probation/training period Hybrid: about 2 days per week in our studio for filming, the rest flexible/remote Must have reliable transportation to our studio and no violent criminal record Report directly to the Operations Manager and Co-Founder

What It's Like to Work With Us

We're not a big corporation -- we're a small, growing team, and this role is integral to our success. You'll work directly with the owners and have a real impact on our clients' experience.

We believe creating content should be fun, not stressful. We're flexible, supportive, and we actually care about the people we work with. No yelling, no micromanaging, no walking on eggshells -- just a team that loves what we do and wants to build something meaningful together.

If you're organized, positive, and excited about working in the social media world, we'd love to meet you!
