Client Care Representative Veterinary
Job Description
We are a small Animal Clinic located in North York looking hire a Veterinary Receptionist to join our family. Looking for full time. Must have excellent client communication skills, comfortable handling animals, the ability to multi-task and the willingness to learn.

Greeting/Welcoming Clients
Maintaining client records, scanning and attaching documents
*Excellent Client communication and relations
*Answering Phone, booking appointments
*Assisting the doctors when needed.
*Maintaining office cleanliness
Experience Required:
*Min 1yr working in an animal Hospital
*Knowledge of Vetup Practice Management Software a bonus
*Good Client service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Veterinary Reception: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-08-01
