Role Description
Full time in person role of Veterinary Client Care Representative.
The Veterinary Client Care Representative will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and conducting basic administrative tasks. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Veterinary Client Care Representative will report directly to the Practice Manager and will support the veterinary team with patient care and client service.

Medical Terminology
Detail oriented with a strong ability to multitask
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced medical environment
Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist is an asset
Certificate or Diploma in Veterinary Office/Receptionist Administration is an asset
