Client Care Receptionist

About the Role



Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and patients arriving at the clinic Answering inbound calls on a multi-line phone system, tracking and scheduling appointment bookings for the clinic Placing outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and future appointment bookings Managing emails, voicemails and SMS for the clinic and client appointments Invoicing & billing, creating estimates for procedures and processing payments General cleaning duties included but not limited to ensuring the cleanliness of the reception area and common areas
Qualifications

2-year post-secondary degree Prior administrative, retail, hospitality or front desk experience is an asset Experience with multi-line phone system and scheduling system Personable with a strong customer focus Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using Windows based systems and applications (Teams, Outlook)
