Job Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage email communications
Check in and check out patients, process payments, prepare invoices
Maintain accurate patient records, update files, and track follow?ups
Communicate estimates for care and explain billing, services, treatments, medications
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized reception area & common areas
Occasionally help with basic support tasks (e.g. restocking, inventory, etc.)
Work with veterinary software and point?of?sale systems
Skills / Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer service role; experience in a veterinary or medical setting is an asset
Strong communication skills (verbal & written), friendly, and compassionate
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a fast?paced environment
Comfortable with computers and learning software (E.g. appointment & medical record systems)
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, team player
Availability for some evenings, weekends, and emergencies as needed

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
