We're looking for a
Client Care & Experience Specialist
--someone who ensures each client feels valued, understood, and beautifully guided throughout their journey. In this role, you'll bring together warmth, precision, and creativity to deliver an experience that reflects the exceptional standards of the brands we represent.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to calls, emails, and chats in
both French and English
with professionalism and empathy.
Design engaging newsletters and digital content that inform, educate, and inspire.
Offer personalized advice on skincare routines, product selection, and treatment options tailored to each client's unique needs.
Manage orders, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless, luxury experience from start to finish.
Collaborate closely with boutique, spa, and marketing teams to maintain a unified, elevated brand voice across all touchpoints.
Contribute ideas and creative input to continually enhance the client experience and elevate internal processes.
Qualifications
Fully fluent or nearly fluent in both French and English
(required).
A genuine passion for
skincare, wellness, and ongoing education
.
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Skilled with
Canva
(Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus) to create polished, brand-aligned visuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build trust effortlessly.
