Reporting to the Manager of Central Staffing, the primary purpose of this position is to provide temporary replacement staff to city hospital departments and programs within Eastern Health, as required, in accordance with the applicable collective agreements. Education
Completion of a recognized/approved three-year Business Management Program (HR Concentration preferred). Consideration will also be given to candidates having a two-year office administration program and considerable progressive experience.
Experience with collective agreement administration and staff scheduling is required.
Courses and proficiency in MS Office, Internet and various other computer applications are required.Experience
Minimum of three years\' experience within the last five in a progressively responsible administrative role is required.
