This position will report to the Director for Children and Women\'s Health Eastern Urban Zone. The Clerk IV serves in a confidential capacity to provide administrative and advanced clerical support to the Director, Clinical Chiefs and Program leadership of the Children and Women\'s Health Program. The Clerk IV is responsible for prioritizing work and schedules, drafting/typing correspondence/reports and other necessary documents, coordinating meetings, recording and transcribing minutes, preparing and distributing agendas, other related information. This position also involves preparing presentations, developing brochures, newsletters, obtaining information for the completion of a variety of reports and other documents, organizing and maintaining a filing system/shared files and office procedures, and providing confidential assistance to leadership team of the Children\'s and Women\'s Health Program as necessary.Job Demands
