Job Description

We are a fast growing Commercial Cleaning company expanding in the Ottawa market and we are seeking a Manager to become an integral part of our team! The Manager will need to take on several rolls to help with our expansion in areas of Operations, Business development and Supervision. The Manager will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations in the commercial cleaning industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage and improve operational practices

Inspect locations and make necessary corrections to improve quality standards.

Organize and carry out special work requests.

Deliver resources and materials to meet project deadlines

Assist in hiring and Provide training for new employees and contractors.

Inspect and maintain equipment in sites.

Weekly site visits with the client and make adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction

Flexible hours. You create your own schedule based on work load and special jobs.

?Qualifications:

Previous experience in management, operations or other related fields

Strong project management skills

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong leadership qualities

Strong communication skills

Strong Customer service skills

Commercial cleaning experience would be an asset.

Must have a license to drive and vehicle

Must have a smartphone and knowledge of using specific apps for inspections

Training provided

Compensation includes a base salary plus additional compensation for extra hours worked and commissions plus bonuses.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
