is a growing commercial cleaning company servicing offices, medical clinics, retail spaces, condos, and industrial buildings across the GTA and Durham Region.


We are currently looking for a

Part-Time Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

to join our team. This role involves visiting various client sites to perform inspections, provide hands-on training to cleaners, and support quality control. You will be the eyes and ears of our operations team out in the field.

Job Details:

Position:

Part-Time Mobile Cleaning Supervisor.

Hours:

20-30 hours per week (shifts vary between day and evening).

Pay:

$25.00 per hour.

Travel:

Throughout the

GTA and Durham Region.

Vehicle:

Must have your own vehicle.

Compensation:

Gas card provided and mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and surprise inspections at various sites. Train and support new and existing cleaning staff. Provide feedback to head office on cleaner performance and site needs. Assist with onboarding new contracts and team members. Help troubleshoot cleaning-related issues onsite. Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism on all accounts.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable working flexible hours (some day shifts, some evening shifts). Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
