MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: Oversees and Assists the day to day operations (but not limited to) all Team Members with their duties. Supervisor will organize staff and maintain a smooth operation for the day. Ultimately your role is to ensure a high quality of cleaning is performed and team are following their role and clients are satisfied. Requirements for this position include proven cleaning experience in a supervisory role; the ability to have flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and schedules. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and knowledgeable with workplace safety and health regulations related to cleaning. The supervisor will have high Attention to detail and the ability to identify areas that need improvement. This position is perfect for someone who has great problem solving skills to resolve problems that arise during the cleaning experience. The cleaning supervisor will have excellent communication skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Handles and resolves Client complaints and coaches Team for improvement
Supervise and Co-Ordinates the work for all team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations
Photos/ Videos for social media and training purposes
Assists with the hiring and training of team members based on the company's hiring standards
Inspects and conducts house checks to evaluate the work of cleaning staff
Looks for opportunities for extra cleaning at homes (deep clean package, other service referrals)
Assists with home estimates and promoting HCAS sales material
Train all team members to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Motivate Team Members to resolve any issues with conflict resolution
Conduct regular safety inspections to make sure staff are working in a safe environment
Prepares reports and team performance reviews
