Responsibilities
As a Claims Assistant your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Data Entry
  • Transcribing
  • File management
  • Answering client calls
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications
As a Claims Assistant your qualifications include, but not limited to:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 to 2 years of experience providing administrative support in an office capacity
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset
  • Committed to provide highest form of customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Adept transcribing skills
  • Keyboarding speed of 50 wpm
  • Advanced computer and software skills including Office 365
