What you\'ll do here:

• Review statistical information provided from our preferred vendors
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Sending documents/issuing payments that have been approved by adjusters on files handled by Adjusters
• File reassignments will occur as support changes from outside resources
• Provide support in a variety of capacities including but not limited to updating claim files
• Provide clear and concise information to our customers
• Assistance with contents evaluation and ongoing customer service touch points
• Other Administration support as required

What you bring to the table:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree or college diploma
• Available to work with us for Summer (May to August) 2023
• Must be returning to full time studies in Fall 2023 following the internship
• Solid business and financial acumen
• Strong customer service orientation, organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to learn quickly while also having strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn new computer systems and programs quickly
• Demonstrates initiative and independence in carrying out multiple tasks, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
