As a Claim Advisor, Theft, Fire & Vandalism, you will investigate, assess and negotiate theft, fire & vandalism auto claims, primarily over the phone.Accountabilities:
Review & investigate theft, fire & vandalism auto claimsInvestigate the customer's loss, determine liability & applicable coverages and settle the claim per the policyCollaborate with the customer, our service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcementQualifications:
Minimum high school education or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of auto claim adjusting experience is requiredSuperior Customer Service experience is requiredProficient keyboard skills and computer literacyHighly motivated and able to work well independentlyEnrolled in, willing to enroll in, or completion of CIP designationBonus Qualifications:
