We are a 35-year-old boutique law firm in Vaughan representing Canadian Financial Institutions. We seek a Mortgage Enforcement Clerk who wants to grow with the firm. We offer a collegial work environment, full health benefits and indoor parking.

: Minimum two years of civil litigation Required.Qualifications: Experience in legal drafting
Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
: Drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents, including demand letters, Notices of Sales, Statement of Claims and Sheriff possession proceedings.
