What We're Looking For:

Strong fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to prepare and cook nutritious meals (must confidently follow recipes) Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality Previous caregiving experience preferred Health Care Assistant (HCA) certification or BC Care-Aide Registry # is an asset (not required) Available weekdays and weekends (flexibility is an asset)

Requirements:

Smartphone for scheduling and reporting Reliable, trustworthy, and professional Thrive in a team-oriented environment and value collaboration Minimum 5 years experience Status: Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Open Work Permit

Your Role:

Provide personal care and companionship to clients Assist with activities of daily living Prepare and cook meals to support client nutrition and well-being Offer emotional support with patience and kindness Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team Ensure safety, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
