Relevant du vice-president ou du directeur general du segment des petites entreprises, le
directeur principal ou la directrice principale, Implantation
dirige des equipes techniques, administratives et de professionnels responsables de la fonction Implantation du segment des petites entreprises. Le ou la titulaire du poste doit veiller a ce que les specialistes de l'implantation (SI) mettent en oeuvre toutes les unites d'affaires vendues dans les delais prevus et en respectant le budget de projet. Cette personne doit egalement soutenir et consulter les Ventes au cours du processus de prevente afin de determiner la strategie de tarification et d'implantation des produits. Il s'agit d'un poste de dirigeant ou la personne selectionnee sera responsable de l'encadrement, du mentorat et des resultats du taux d'engagement pour la division concernee, et contribuera aux initiatives de celle-ci par l'intermediaire de groupes de travail et de projets.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
Diriger l'Implantation en veillant a ce que toutes les unites d'affaires vendues et les activites de transfert soient mises en oeuvre dans les delais prevus et dans le cadre du budget de projet; prevoir les heures facturables avec precision et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de productivite de la division des SI; assurer la reussite des services Implantation de la division ainsi que l'entiere satisfaction de la clientele, telle que mesuree par les resultats du sondage d'Implantation aupres d'une clientele de references.
Planifier les depenses, les ressources et les exigences liees aux capitaux du service et gerer ce dernier de maniere a atteindre les resultats financiers prevus et planifies; collaborer avec les Finances pour assurer l'exactitude des rapports sur les retards et les previsions de deploiement et d'implantation.
Collaborer avec les Ventes pour influencer la decision d'achat; presenter la strategie et la methodologie d'Implantation lors d'appels de vente de haut niveau; s'assurer que des estimations precises et rapides sont fournies aux associes aux Ventes et que la methodologie d'implantation est correctement communiquee au client; soutenir la resolution des problemes des Ventes et des clients faisant l'objet d'un recours hierarchique.
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec la direction des Ventes et les Finances pour elaborer des propositions de prix qui repondent aux objectifs d'ADP Canada et de la clientele.
Collaborer etroitement avec le service a la clientele et la direction de l'exploitation afin d'assurer un transfert harmonieux des comptes de l'implantation au service et a la production; participer a la planification strategique de l'organisation.
Participer aux initiatives de la division afin d'ameliorer les processus et de communiquer les problemes; assurer la liaison entre les parties prenantes en ce qui concerne les questions ayant une incidence sur les ventes, le processus d'implantation et les outils; rendre compte regulierement de l'etat d'avancement des deploiements, de la productivite des SI, des depenses, ainsi que de la formation et du perfectionnement des SI.
Etre responsable du programme de formation destine aux clients; veiller a ce qu'une formation de haute qualite soit offerte en temps opportun pour tous les produits et a ce que la formation sur les nouveaux produits soit dispensee en respectant les delais et les normes de la division; s'assurer que les politiques de facturation appropriees sont respectees.
FORMATION ou EXPERIENCE :
Baccalaureat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, connaissances pertinentes decoulant d'au moins 12 ans d'experience en gestion, dont trois a cinq ans de supervision d'un grand nombre de professionnels (plus de 25).
Experience dans le domaine du conseil et des services professionnels un atout. Tous les domaines suivants seront toutefois pris en compte : gestion de la mise en oeuvre de systemes, gestion du service a la clientele, ressources humaines, paie ou systemes financiers.
Agrement aupres d'organisations competentes un atout.
Reussite eprouvee de l'encadrement d'une grande equipe de professionnels; capacite demontree a recruter, a embaucher et a fideliser du personnel concurrentiel et dont les competences sont tres recherchees; capacite averee a mentorer, a encadrer et a conseiller les associes; experience demontree dans le developpement d'un effectif de reserve et l'identification de la releve.
Experience de l'elaboration et de la gestion d'un budget pour un service.
Experience dans un environnement de systemes hautement techniques.
Experience de travail aupres d'une organisation des ventes tres motivee et dynamique; experience de la gestion des relations ou des partenariats avec les clients et les fournisseurs tiers; experience de la mise au point ou de la reorganisation de processus de prestation de services aux clients ou de services d'implantation.

Head, SBS IMPLEMENTATION
The Sr. Director, Implementation
reporting to the VP/GM Small Business Segment (SBS), the incumbent leads professional, technical and administrative teams in SBS Implementation function. Ensures that the IS organization implements all sold business units within forecasted time frames and within project budget. Provides support and consults with the Sales organization during the presale process to determine pricing and product implementation strategy. This is a leader of leader position where the incumbent is accountable for the ongoing coaching mentoring, and engagement results for the specified division. Also, contributes to division initiatives through task force and project assignments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the Implementation Organization ensuring that all sold business units and transfer business is implemented within forecasted time frames and within the scope of the project budget. Ensures that billable hours are accurately forecasted and that division IS productively objectives are met. Responsible for the success of the Department's Implementation services and ultimate client satisfaction as measured through implementation survey scores as a Referenceable client base.
Plans for department expenses, resources and capital requirements and manages the department to achieve forecasted and planned financial results. Works with the Finance to maintain accurate start and implementation backlogs and forecast reports.
Works with Sales to impact the "buy" decision. Presents Implementation strategy and methodology at high level sales calls. Responsible for ensuring that accurate and timely estimates are provided to the sales associates and that the Implementation methodology is properly communicated to the client. Assists in the resolution of escalated sales/client issues.
Works closely with Sales Management and Finance to develop pricing proposals that meet the goals of ADP Canada and the client.
Works closely with Client Service and Operations Leadership to insure a smooth hand-off of accounts from implementation to service and production. Participates in strategic planning for the organization.
Participates in Divisional initiatives to improve process, communicate issues. Acts as liaison between various stakeholders for issues that impact sales, the implementation process and tools. Routinely reports on status of starts, IS productivity, expense, and IS training and development.
Responsible for the client education training program. Ensures that high quality training is provided timely for all products and that new product training is delivered within division timeframes and standards. Ensures that proper billing policies are followed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field and the resultant knowledge and experience from at least 12 years of management experience, including 3-5 years supervising a large staff (25+) professionals.
A background in consulting and professional services would be preferred however any of the following would be considered: systems implementation management, Client Service management, Human Resources, Payroll or Financial systems.
Accreditation from appropriate organizations would be an assets.
Demonstrated success at leadership of a large professional staff. Demonstrated success at recruiting, hiring and retaining a highly marketable and competitive staff. Proven ability to mentor, coach and counsel associates. Demonstrated success in developing bench strength and identifying successors.
Experience with developing and managing to a department expense budget.
Experience in a highly technical systems environment
Experience in working with a highly motivated and dynamic sales organization. Experience in managing relationships/partnerships with clients and third-party suppliers. Experience in developing and/or re-engineering process for delivery of client services and/or implementation services.
