We are seeking a dedicated and skilled chef de Partie to join our amazing kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a CDP, you will play a vital role in master prep and ensuring the line is prepared for service. this position has opportunity for more responsibility over time and performance assessment.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
lead the charge in line checks, pars, and quality checks
Collaborate with the sous chef to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
