Fanny Bay Oyster Bar is looking to add a Chef de Partie to bring strong skills to our fast paced kitchen team under Chef Alex Guido.
Duties
Prepare and execute dishes on for assigned station to chefs requirements
Keep space clean and tidy to meet all health code requirements
Work with the front of house and kitchen team to satisfy guest requests
Skills
At least two years experience in commercial kitchens
Good teamwork
Valid foodsafe certificate
Comfortable with seafood preparation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
