Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Participate in meal preparation for special events or catering services as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal presentation. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
