We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chef Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. Duties

Hooking up trailer, packing coolers, organizing product, purchasing product. Develop and implement innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain consistency and excellence Lead efforts in sales and business development to attract new customers and retain existing ones Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of ingredients, equipment, and supplies Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize resource utilization Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a motivated and skilled team Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards On site Food service, Food prep, direct to customer sales.

Experience

Strong background in sales, business development, and project management within the food service industry Experience in supervising teams, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Knowledge of current culinary trends, safety regulations, and sanitation standards Prior experience in menu development, inventory control, and vendor relations is highly desirable

Pay: $2,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
