What you'll do
Lead BOH: hiring, training, coaching; organize prep, line checks and expo during peak service.
Own speed + consistency on Monki signatures; protect plating specs and portioning.
Manage ordering, inventory and waste; hit &/or crush food & labour targets.
Partner with FOH to set the pace of service during weekend surges (waitlist awareness).
Keep the kitchen
kitchen (Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine or Kitchen Manager).
Calm, hands?on leadership; clear communication in a fast brunch environment.
Cost control, inventory discipline and scheduling skills.
Food Handler certification
(AHS?recognized) and practical
WHMIS
knowledge.
Early mornings + weekends/holidays as needed.
