Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Charging Product Specialist in Toronto, ON to work for one of our reputable clients. In this role, you will assist the Product team to implement the Charging on the road strategy and customer charging experience in Canada by ensuring a proper internal coordination and proper external co-ordination. Responsibilities: * Ensure a consistent pre evaluation of the destinations: update of the Scorecards for potential charging partner and finalize recommendations for the Task force.

• Develop, update and maintain robust tracking of Client's Destination Charging lead progress, from confirmation through to installation.
• Working with Destination Charging Agency to on-board confirmed leads into Client's Canada systems, facilitate contract execution, procurement and legal reviews.
• Provide support to agency and destinations for Charger technical information and electrician introductions.
• Follow-up with electrical contracts to ensure site progress, quote accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Work with destinations to confirm site hardware requirements (Chargers, pedestals, signage), process parts orders and shipments to destinations.
• Support Destinations after hardware delivery with product questions; facilitate support through Product and Technical team.
• Manage Destination Charging Partner tool to ensure accurate destination information is shown in Navigation systems, Charging App and website.
• Work with greater marketing and PR team to develop communication plan for existing and upcoming destinations.
• Insure the awareness of the destination Charging network with the support of the marketing team.
• Support the Development of potential joined activation between the destination partner and local dealers.
• Manage customer charging experience at client's Charging touchpoints by coordinating internal alignment of various charging projects

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree, engineering, general business or IT/telecommunications focus.

• 1-2 years' experience in automotive or telecommunication or telematics industry desirable
• French language skills desirable.
• Knowledge of Electrical fundamentals, consumer electronics industry, Sales and After Sales processes in the automotive industry and accounting processes is desirable
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and processes is preferred
• Strong general aptitude for new technologies
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
